BARTLESVILLE AREA SPORTS
Bartlesville High School sports supporters attended a luncheon hosted by the Bartlesville Sports Commission last month, meeting several Bruins teams.
Hillcrest Country Club hosted the annual get-together, which featured nine fall sports.
BSC Board Chairman Chris Batchelder acted as emcee and addressed questions to each coach and athlete.
The line-up of coaches and the athletes included:
SOFTBALL - Coach Kyle Minton and Kelsie Yales
CROSS COUNTRY - Coach David Ayres and Kate Manley
FOOTBALL - Coach Harry Wright and Sutton Williams
VOLLEYBALL - Coach Andrew Blain and Ellie Benson
SWIMMING - Coach Chad Englehart and Macie Stapleton
GIRLS BASKETBALL - Coach Justyn Shaw and Sami Sheaffer
BOYS BASKETBALL - Coach Jake Christenson and Dennis Duncan
CHEER - Coach Kyle Kachelmeyer and Kaitlyn Hall
WRESTLING - Coach Bryan Vashus and Shaylee Silver
A showcase for spring sports is slated for next year.
