Among the accolades is the Belva Hively Most Valuable Player Award, named in honor of the tournament's legendary "Organ Lady." Hively volunteered to play live, traditional baseball organ music at the tournament from 1976 to 2009. She was famously known for playing music all through the night during grueling rain delays, once even leaving straight from the stadium to play the organ at her local church before returning right back to the ballpark.
