Make it another clean sweep for the Bartlesville High School swim program.
Tulsa Union, Owasso and Bixby all fell to the host Bruins and Lady Bruins during a four-way dual meet last weekend at the Adams pool.
In the boys’ competition, Bartlesville outscored its three challengers, 286-165.
On the girls’ side, the Lady Bruins broomed their opponents, 368-81.
Chad Englehart is the Bartlesville head swim coach.

GIRLS
Bartlesville won 10 of the 11 events, coming up short only in the girls’ 500 freestyle.
The Lady Bruins completely dominated some of the events.
They won both first and second in the 200 medley relay. The first-place foursome included Nora Craig, Ashlynn Taylor, Anna Young and Daisy Droege. Coming in second was the squad of Adilynn Kuntz, Sophia Williams, Macie Stapleton and Varsha Karuppan Chetty.
Bartlesville also surged to first and second in the 400 freestyle relay. The top team consisted of Karis Shamhart, Anna Wells, Droege, Craig. The runner-up foursome featured Stapleton, Cherry, Sophia Williams, Alexis Taylor.
In the individual events, Bartlesville dominated the top three spots in the 200 individual medley (Young, Ashlynn Taylor, Droege), the 50 freestyle (Craig, Wells, Stapleton), the 100 freestyle (Taylor, Kuntz, Stapleton) and the 100 backstroke (Craig, Droege, Kuntz).
Winning four championships each were: Craig (100 backstroke, 50 freestyle, 200 medley relay, 400 freestyle relay) and Young (100 butterfly, 200 individual medley, 200 medley relay and 200 freestyle relay).

BOYS
Bartlesville burst to first in nine of the 11 events, failing only to win the 100 butterfly and the 50 freestyle.
The Bruins grabbed the championship in all three relays — the 200 medley relay (Parker Shoesmith, Miles Brown, Aysen Offutt, Anthony Mann), the 200 freestyle relay (Grayson Ellis, Brown, Kevin Contreras, Shoesmith) and the 400 freestyle relay (Mann, Ellis, Blace Williams, Travis Lief).
Winning four championships for the Bruins was Shoesmith (100 breaststroke, 100 freestyle, 200 medley relay, 200 freestyle relay).
In individual events, Bartlesville claimed first and second place in the 100 breaststroke (Shoesmith, Brown), the 500 freestyle (Mann, Offutt), the 200 individual medley (Offutt, Williams) and the 200 freestyle (Ellis, Lief).
