Savannah Alden unleashed a power display of two homers to spearhead the Lady Bruins to their 10th win.
Bartlesville (10-6) outlasted Yukon, 6-4, at Yukon.
Alden — who drove in half of Bartlesville’s runs — was joined by other hard-hitting teammates.
Erin Bridendolph smashed a single, double and triple and drove in one run; Jazmyne Campbell pounded a solo homer; Kenzie Denny and Maddie Czaja each poked a double. Czaja also delivered a sacrifice bunt.
Josie Childers plated Bartlesville’s other run.
Kelsie Yales pitched the distance with Madie Nachbor as her catcher. They combined on a seven-hitter with no walks and eight strikeouts. Only two of Yukon’s runs were earned.

Energized by the ball-smacking bat of Emillie Curry, the Lady Huskies pounded past Barnsdall, 8-2, at Barnsdall.
Pawhuska — which recently broke a four-game losing streak — improved to 9-7.
Curry ripped a double and a homer, while Katie Drummond and Preslee Long each tripled to bolster the offensive attack.
Brooklyn Miles added two stolen bases.
Meanwhile, pitcher Faylee Ferguson snapped off a three-hitter.
In addition, “we played really well defensively,” said Pawhuska head coach Stephanie Harris.”
Next up, Pawhuska plays host Monday at 5:30 p.m. to Blackwell.
