Landry Herren singled in the second inning for an RBI, and third baseman Londyn Bond homered to score three runs. Overton added a solo homer, and Aubree Bellar tripled, scoring one run. Jaelynn Smith picked up an RBI with a single. Bond homered again in the fourth inning, helping to end the game early. First-year head coach Riley Allen said he was pleased with their bats in both games.
